Everything you need to know about hiring a Loveline.
Your burning questions
An audio guestbook is a vintage-style rotary phone your guests pick up to record a message for you. After your event, every recording is uploaded to your private online guestbook, ready to play, download and share.
Yes. You get 20 instruction card designs you can personalise and print, plus an A5 sign in the box.
No. The battery lasts more than 24 hours and the phone records without Wi-Fi. We include a USB charger just in case.
It arrives fully charged. Take it out of the box, switch it on and you’re ready. Our team is around 7 days a week if you need a hand.
Somewhere easy to find and a little quieter: by the entrance, in a lounge area or near the bar all work well.
Ask your MC to mention it early in the night. Something like: “Make sure you pick up the phone near the bar and leave the couple a message.” A sign and a few personalised cards help too.
Not at all. Loveline is popular for milestone birthdays, baby showers, engagements, retirements, memorials and corporate events.
Leave some sanitising wipes beside the phone and suggest guests hold the handset a few centimetres from their face while recording.
Booking and shipping shenanigans

We send it by express post 5–7 days before your event, so it arrives at least 3 days before.
Within 3 days after your event. Pop it back in the box, attach the prepaid return label and drop it at any Australia Post location.
Within 2 weeks of the phone arriving back with us, sometimes a little longer in peak season. Pressed vinyl takes 2–6 weeks.
Visa, Mastercard and other major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus buy-now-pay-later options. The final list depends on the new checkout provider.
Usually, depending on timing. Contact us as soon as you can. Once the phone has shipped, changes may not be possible.
Yes. Add the vinyl or dial-in add-on to your cart and include your booking reference at checkout.
No. Shipping both ways is included in every hire.
Yes. Businesses use Loveline for events, and for collecting customer feedback and testimonials.

We fully support your dreams. We can’t promise a record deal.
Not yet. Our pressed vinyl is the next best thing: a record she can play at home.
